Return / Exchange / Refund

To be able to benefit from a return:

Make a return request at [email protected],
You have 30 days from the date of invoice or shipment,
Items must be returned new, unworn and unused, with the tag, original packaging and invoice.

If the item (s) shipped do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the product (s) will be returned at the customer's expense.

The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:

gift cards, knives, electronics, underwear, base layers, socks, cayenne pepper, fuel, propane, health products, personal care products and food.
Shipping charges and surcharge paid for oversized items are non-refundable

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.


Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

All items made online or in store are subject to a 3% handling, credit and restocking fee.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Returns by post: easy and convenient

To return a product, you must mail it to: 5-471 Boul Maloney Est, Gatineau, QC, J8P 6Z8, Canada.

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged, check the warranty procedure with the manufacturer before returning it to us,

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items purchased online may also be returned to us by mail within 30 days of the date of shipment.

How do I return an item to us by mail?

1- Return the item that does not suit you in the shipping box with the original packaging and your invoice.

2- Stick your pre-printed return label on the package. Created a return label here. Be sure to remove other labels to avoid confusion

3- Drop off the package at the post office. You will not have to pay anything, you have already paid by creating your return label.

4- That's it! You will receive an email to let you know that we have received your return in the following days.
