Exchanges and Returns

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items must be returned new, unworn and unused, with the label, the original packaging and the invoice,
you have 14 days from the date of receipt of delivery for online purchases,
If the returned item(s) do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
An exchange can be made for the same item in a different size, if the item is not available, store credit will be offered, a return request to [email protected] and a new order submission will be required,

Shipping charges and surcharges paid for oversized items are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return request.
We will pay the return postage if the return is the result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or faulty item, etc.). If not the result of an error, please prepay return postage. CODs will not be accepted.

Items on sale, discounted, red tags, clearance, rebates, discounts, promotional codes are final sales,
Special orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Any item that exceeds 15 days from the invoice date or the delivery date,
Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
Gift cards are final sales and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Defective items will be subject to the product brand's warranty policy.

REFUND

We inspect the returned product,
You are informed of our decision,
We credit by the same way of payment of origin, less 5% for restocking fee.
It may take a few days for the transaction to appear on your card statement.
