Have you ever heard of the story behind the giant omelette? It would seem that… Napoleon and his army crossed the South of France and stopped for the night in a small village, close to Bessières in Haute-Garonne. Napoleon feasted on an omelette prepared by the innkeeper. The omelette was so delicious that he ordered villagers to gather all the eggs in the village and prepare a huge omelette to feed his army the next morning.
In a bowl, combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Pour into a nonstick pan, cover and cook on low-medium heat, without stirring for 2-3 minutes*. Turn omelette cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
