RICE & CURRY SHRIMPS

Curry is a spice preparation that is mainly used in Indian, Pakistani and Thai cuisines. Whether sweet or spicy, one thing is for sure, is that it flavors all dishes brilliantly. It is easily recognized by its yellow-orange color! It is this ingredient that gives Curried Shrimp and Rice its exceptional color and taste.
Combine cold water (375 ml / serving) and the contents of the sachet and mix well. Bring to a boil while stirring. Over low heat, stirring, simmer 10 minutes. Cover, remove from heat. Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
Quick preparation (EXPRESS version)
Add boiling water (375ml / serving) to the sachet. Brew. Close the bag tightly. Wait about 15 minutes (stir once in the interval or shake the bag vigorously).
With pan insulation
Over low heat, stirring, simmer for 2 minutes. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 12-15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Ideally, consume within 3 years of the date of manufacture.
